{Featured Montana Bride Wedding} Maggie + Steven

Steven and Maggie grew up a block away from each other, never knowing their destiny to one day be married.  Once high school began, Steven decided Maggie was the one but did not tell anyone for a few years. His heart set, he began working for Maggie’s Parents at their family business, a Marina on Big Horn Lake.  Over long summer days Maggie and Steven’s relationship grew and when both left for college, the distance made their hearts grow fonder. While home for holiday break, they had their first “real” date, watching what was to become their favorite movie, It’s a Wonderful Life.

Steven proposed on Christmas Eve in 2011 in front of their beautiful tree, and the wedding planning began.  The most important aspect of the big day was getting all of their friends and family together. They exchanged vows at Saint Patrick Cathedral in Billings with the reception following at Zoo Montana. The couple arrived in style, driving over in Steven’s vintage 47’ Plymouth.

Since the couple both have extremely large families with tons of children, Zoo Montana was the perfect place to host the event. Their 400 + guests were able to enjoy the Zoo and see a variety of animals, Montana and otherwise, up close and personal. Lions, Tigers, and Peacocks… oh my!  And the perfect start to their life together as Mr. and Mrs.
